Optimization Study of Machine-Washed Decontamination Effect of Starch Soil Cloth of Pure Cotton Abstract According to the principle of orthogonal experimental, a four-factor and three-level washing experiment has been designed, and the washing of the self-made cotton dirty cloth of starch was carried out for several times. The properties of the washed fabric were analyzed by using the range analysis method. The study found that when the washing time is 20 minutes, the washing temperature is 35 degrees, the washing intensity is medium, and the detergent dosage is 20g, it can make the starch dirty cloth achieve the equilibrium optimal effect of the washing rate, dimensional change rate, strength and fading degree. A Study on Thermal Comfort Feeling Properties of 60%/40% and 80%/20% Cotton/Polyester and 100% Cotton Fleece Abstract In this study, thermal properties of 60%/40% & 80%/20% Cotton/Polyester and 100% Cotton fleece fabrics were investigated. It is known that Cotton fiber has good comfort properties and Polyester fiber is especially known for its strength, anti-wrinkle, anti-mildew, whiteness. The aim of this study was to determine the most thermally comfortable combination of these two fibres among the three most used common blend ratios of these two. First, cotton and Polyester fibers spun with different blend ratios standard spinning systems. Then, three thread fleece fabrics were produced with these yarns having 60%/40% and 80%/20% Cotton/Polyester and 100% Cotton and the thermal comfort parameters of fabrics were measured on Standard devices. Analysis the Physical Properties of Twill Derivatives: A Case Study Abstract Predict on physical properties of some derivatives of plain and twill weave is very crucial in textile areas. The main approach of this study is to produce plain and twill weave derivatives in rapier loom and estimate the physical properties by comparing with the quality of same yarn count, EPI, PPI and cover factor for different weave designs. From this study, it is found that the physical properties of Brighton honeycomb structure are better than other twill as well as plain derivatives of our test samples. According to test it is clear that the weave structures influence the fabric quality like Tensile strength, Drape Co-efficient, Air permeability and Fabric thickness. These tests help to control of process, quality of product and in the development of the process.
