Stretch and Physical Properties of Weft Stretch Denim Fabrics Containing Elastane and Filament Yarn Abstract In recent years, as a result of the combination of textile materials with different structures and characteristics by using different production methods, yarn and fabric designs with new features have become important. In this study, the effect of cotton wrapped elastic dual core-spun yarns containing elastane and filament on the performance properties of denim fabrics was investigated. Denim fabrics were produced that used in the weft direction of cotton wrapped elastic dual core-spun yarns containing different types filaments and different ratios of elastane in the core. Scald Burn Protection of the Commercially Available Children’s Sleepwear Abstract Children’s sleepwear is often recalled from the consumer market due to non-conformance; however, scholarly articles auditing the thermal protection performance of commercially available children’s sleepwear are scarce. Moreover, the protection against hot liquid exposure, a prevalent cause of child burn injury, has never been studied. This study examines the integrity of the commercially available children’s sleepwear with Flammable Fabrics Act, and thermal protection performance against hot splash. Sleepwear knitted in different structures with different fiber compositions were selected and exposed to vertical flammability tester and hot liquid tester. A very poor splash protection was observed by all the fabrics under study. A Conceptual Model of Listening Effectiveness and Agile Selling Behavior: Moderating Effect of E-Communication and Consumption Pattern Abstra ct This article examines the importance of the salespeople listening effectiveness in relation to sales performance and purchase intention. Subsequently, it also investigates how sales agility, decision making style, e-communication and types of consumption goals moderates the relationship between listening effectiveness and sales performance as well as purchase intention. A total of six hypotheses have been developed for empirical testing purpose. The result shows that salespeople listening skill is crucial for the organization success and gaining competitive advantages over others and indeed it is strongly and positively related to the sales performance and purchase intention.
